Yea I realized after that it was a dot drag radial not dot competition tire. If it was competitions I would be stoked.
My mistake. I thought I read DOT approved competition tire not drag radial. Was going to say competition would be okay. However this car is probably not going to be a road course car. It will be all about the straight line. I only say “probably” because who knows what else this car will be made out to be.
There is a loss at some point but 315 is definitely not it. Vipers are excellent at cornerning and they are on 295's in the front and 345's in the rear.. If this car sucks at cornerning it won’t be the tires that cause that..

Okay the newest camaro weighs 300 lbs lighter than it’s previous year. That’s great, and it gets a few extra ponies for that. You’re definitely thinking of the N/A track car... It’s not supercharged which helps a lot. The ZL1 coupe was 4100+ lbs. The convertible is 4300+ lbs.. Not so bad is it?
I race them and can definitely agree with this statement. There is a lot of grip. We’ve seen well over 2 g’s in the corners on our ACR-X’s.
I love first and second. First is more than powerful enough to burn rubber and get you somewhere quick. Any closer ratio and you’ll be shifting your ass off and crashing like a mustang.
These were just the competition acrs. Only the front pads and only the ACRX because of the rotors they got. I shouldn’t have spoken so generally.
STI’s have always had overkill brakes. Quite literally for years we used to buy STI brake pads for our Dodge Viper’s because they were exactly the same size and pads we used from the factory.. just marketed a lot more affordably.
The only thing I hate about doom is how they pushed all the PC players to be limited to Xbox specs in the SnapMap... Nothing good about only being able to fight limited amounts of monsters at one moment or only being able to build limited detailed environments.
