Since the introduction of the Model S, Tesla has apparently been refining the design to make it lighter, and Musk claims that compared to the earlier versions, the Model S today is a few hundred pounds lighter. We're investigating that further.
As someone who works QC engineering for an OEM, this is not surprising in the least. I'm all in favor of what they are doing with the electric car and their attempt at challenging other automotive norms (sales structure for example).
Bottom Line: The Model T is a fast, comfortable and technologically brilliant luxury sedan, but numerous problems with its explosion engine, tires and drivetrain make it hard to recommend.
Tyler, now is the time to write that comparison of a Mustang and the P51 Mustang.
They both sound NA
Go step on a Lego. Unbelievably poor taste.
Quite frankly you should be ashamed. This is quite possibly the most disrespectful thing you could write at this moment in time. I hope you never have to feel bad because you belittle an incident that results in a fatality.
>but i think we will be within my lifetime.
We'll see the end of our fossil fuel supply within our lifetimes, so it would be a coin-toss, if they make it, it will be the ultimate petroleum ICE, if not, "we were so close".
It's a good thing he was wearing his oven mitts in case the Porsche spontaneously burst into flames.
As the vehicle approaches the Deer Barrier, some vehicles will briefly exhibit a corona of brown and pink most as they approach and pass this limit, called a "buck boom". This is caused by the body of the deer being pushed out of the way at tremendous force as the vehicle passes into super-buck speeds.
Well damn. Looks like his engine too the brunt of the damage.
Oh wait.
Half the video is the guy about to get out of his car over and over again lol.
Driver's door? Look carefully.
What im really wondering is can a Mustang GT take down the M3. Not just in a straight line but around the track as well. The Achilles heel (IRS) has been fixed, plus more power plus more torque plus wider ride.....success?!
This is laymen injector lingo. I use it all the time when speaking to upper management.
Nothing. Planes crash occasionally. You can take your tinfoil hat off again now.
I'm just gonna straight-up ask Elon Musk on Twitter if this is the Gigafactory site. We'll see what he says.
Just 20 more years! Be patient!
Diesel is another thing, they run much higher pressure inside the cylinders than most gas engines. I'm guessing it could be done, but it would just be so much more expensive than using iron and the people who want diesel engines don't want them to cost even more...and they're probably not worried about saving weight.
