I had a bag misplaced on a transfer through Schipol a few years ago. I was very surprised about that as it was a 5 hour layover. However the airline (KLM, I believe) had my bag on the next flight and even had it delivered to my door at no cost.

I am so happy that my girl is going to be in Kindergarten this fall. One less daycare/preschool expense! Kindergarten won’t be free by any means, but it better not be anywhere near as expensive as preschool.

When my second child was born, he was a handful for the first year, horrible sleep schedule mostly. My wife and I transitioned from casual drinkers to drinkers for most of that year. At the end of the day that beer or glass of wine was so nice.

As VashVashVash has pointed out already, most of your braking power is on the front wheel, and it is quite easy to do 80% - 90% of the braking with only the front brake so long as you know how to use it. Using the back brake to much causes the rear wheel to lock up and you wipe out if not careful.

There are a lot of things that could distort the color. How far below the surface they are swimming, the ambient lighting (might have been taken at sunset), or perhaps their cameras have a filter on them intentionally to create photos that make it easier for their scientific study.

I have put on over 10 lbs since my first child was born 5 years ago, all of that is muscle though, and is directly attributable to having children. My wife needs the car with the kids and we chose to not buy a second vehicle, so for the past 5 years I have been biking to work 5 days a week.

Wow, a little judgmental there.

Since having kids I have gained 10 lbs, though none of it is fat, since kids I have been cycling to and from work every day.

Just two weeks ago I was looking at these. Our old chain driven opener had the gear on the drive shaft sheer off.

Isn’t it a bit odd that in the geography analysis the omitted Washington state? Both Amazon and Microsoft are in the area and would likely sway the statistics significantly.

A few years ago we had our kitchen redone for around $9k. It was all custom cabinets and a new layout. We kept the old appliances but did a lot of the work ourselves including, taking out the old cabinets, moving the electrical sockets as needed, plumbing for the dishwasher, and tiling the wall.

Hmm, I will have to add that one as a possibility. It does look very interesting.

I know the feeling, I could kill it in the sit up test, the pull up test, do ok on the mile run, but be barely able to reach past my knees in the sit and stretch test. I always felt using these four items to gauge physical ability was a bit odd, especially now that we know how bad sit-ups are for your back.

Exactly, I am looking to replace my wife’s aging HTC One M7 but am having trouble finding an adequate replacement. Her requirements are simple, Android, no larger than a 5” screen, a good quality camera with a fast focus, and a micro-SD card slot.

Backpacking through Patagonia is without a doubt the highest on my bucket list.

On that thing you should be wearing a motorbike helmet, not a bike helmet.

Unless I’m missing something this seems highly ridiculous. To transfer the file you have to first configure your phone/watch with what file to send and the receiver presumably has to have their device in a state to accept the file/want to accept the file. After you both unlock your devices set them up with the correct

A few years ago I switched to using Grape Seed oil for most applications. A lot of times I don’t enjoy the flavor that EV Olive Oil adds to dishes and reserve that for salads now.

Things are great, but with two young kids I already have one of the best possible Father’s Day gifts lined up.

The best part of the Sony MD players was the battery life. A singe AA battery would last for 50+ hours. Beat the stink out of DiscMan players
