I have a V-Strom 650, so I’m not sure if I fit in this category. If I do, then I can offer one additional use for bikes like these that you didn’t name.

I probably wouldn’t, but then again, I didn’t buy a Bonneville of the previous generation, either - so I must not be a good metric for whether this would sell. Here in NYC, they’re damn near ubiquitous. It’s the only bike that non-bike people both a) know of and b) think is good looking. The previous Bonnevilles…

I’m curious as well. It’s hard for me to understand what there is to watch in F1, for example. I can’t see the people, I can’t distinguish what they’re doing, and there are so few passes. Is there a single race you’d recommend as a prime example?

Hey Sean, I’m sorry to hear about your crash and glad you’re okay. One question I was wondering is: despite the fact that your gear seemed generally to do the trick, do you think this will change your views on what you’ll plan to wear for everyday rides?
