I love that the game is called Blade Strangers, as if the developers were also like, “Yeah this is a completely random assortment of characters with no rhyme or reason as to why they are starring in the same game.”

I think the only game I’ve ever extensively written notes for was FEZ, especially post-first playthrough when the puzzles were just, “Observe every obscure thing in this room until something maybe stands out.” [looking at you, observatory flashing star bullshit]

I learned economics from Harvest Moon, and made charts to determine the most profitable crops as a kid (based on seed cost, maturation rate, need to replant, and final sell price).

This is super sad. We watch a lot of Maru-chan in our home. My wife and daughter love to watch together. The stories are relatable to kids, and the perennial 80s setting makes it comfort food for my wife. We owe Ms. Sakura a lot of thanks.
