Must be a luck thing. I also started a brand new game, but I’ve found things going much faster than when I started Atlas Rises. The second planet in my starting system has water, lots of flora and fauna, and a climate described as “pleasant breeze”.

From Max Schaefer yesterday on the Torchlight subreddit:
People really need to archive important data because it will, indeed, be impossible in the future to get this type of stuff. Which hurts us more than helps companies that barely even try to profit off legacy hardware/software through legacy offerings. Republicans have already started the assault and not even on gray…
Not for sharing with Luigi, apparently.
Up to Peach and Daisy to avenge them now.
Captain N has been there all along.
I feel like that crowd hasn’t existed since E3 when it was made very clear this isn’t a port.
Finally! I’ve always gauged the completeness of Smash by whether I could play every character from Captain N: The Game Master. If we allow Peach to stand in for Princess Lana (due to the pink, obvs) then all we’re missing is a giant, floating Game Boy and Captain N himself. What do we think are the odds on that one?

Fast-forward to the inevitable first Zundomaru cosplay-goes-terribly-wrong sex offender...
And of course r/Kappa is using this as excuse to mock autism and calling people “mentally sick” because someone they don’t like won... I hate so much of the fighting game community and I’m so sick of nerdy places in general using autism as their go to insult.
The best moment was when Sonicfox let it all go to his head…
I knew a programming teacher who loved to use the phrase “...as if by wizardry...” to skip over parts that didn’t really need to be explained to students at the time.
Why not, everyone of us wanted make big AAA himself, an kick the whole industry’s butt. In my attempt there was functional intro screen with - Continue, New Game, Load Game and Quit. Nothin’ more because this took me like two months of work (there was some skills in BASIC but it was not enough - how they do, that the…
