I drove past this mess twice yesterday & figured it was normal since there are permanent signs on the highway telling people not to drop off or pick up passengers on the highway.

Chevrolet had to pull the Nova from Spanish speaking markets because the name translated to “it doesn’t go”. Every one of my business & marketing texts had this cautionary tale of corporate hubris & not doing basic market research

Zemeckis also brought us Frank McRaye’s GMC Sierra Grande in Used Cars & Alfonzo Arau’s Bronco (Little Mule) in Romancing the stone.

I just spent my first day ever in Wisconsin (Madison) & it is definitely a thing. And I’m from Memphis so I’m familiar. So where do you get these curds?

Put it in "H".

Homoligated specials, like the Ford Raptor, run in class T2 and have more restrictions to modifications than the T1 class.

They still have production classes. SUVs are more popular than Tercels but that’s a sign of the times. The T1 classes are for homoligated production cars 2wd or 4wd gasoline or diesel. You could run a Miata or an Avolanche provided the engine is 5L or less & not supercharged for gas vehicles.

You don’t still have the Solex carbs?

Pasadena commute... , is JPL Jeffrey P. Lebowski? This could be Brandt’s Merc from back in the early 90s.

My Red Orchard Ale Granny Smith Cider better have real grannies in it.

In the South it's pronounced Murk-Coor.

That is a BMW 600, not really an Isetta. It has a back seat and a rear door in addition to the front door. It was originally powered by a 600 ish cc flat twin like the motorcycles.

They have a reverse gear but it was blocked on the 3 wheeled versions sold in England so they could be registered as motorcycles. The German domestic models like the one in the picture and the US export models with the tube bumpers have reverse and 4 forward speeds.

The tail lights are inspired by the original lightweight 911R “trailer” lights. I think it’s a nice touch.  The diffuser is gorgeous. The exhaust tips look like they belong on a 70's van.

The homunculus on the right should be on fire.

If you have park hopper tickets you can take a boat from Epcot to Hollywood studios (or vice versa). I try to do this when HS has extra magic hours late.

I saw this movie once about 12 years ago. It is one of my friend’s favorite movies and he loaned me his DVD so we could talk about it. The title sucks because you think it is going to be about Dungeons and Dragons but it’s actually a cool movie because it is about trucks and dynamite and Roy Scheider smoking and

Is that a kit? I love it. It looks very practical.

It was this. The larger tires allowed them to break the beam, then move forward a couple more inches without rolling out of it. The little tires are airplane tires by the way.
