I have a feeling this line, “average new hires will earn six-figure salaries by their 4th year.” Is not hard salary, but total benefits package value. $100k salary on a 40 hour work week is $48/hour. I don’t think you are going from $21/hour to $48/hour in 4 years.

Nah, you’d just get it cut up at a chop shop or something (plus an SL isn’t practical enough, there’s only room for one person besides the driver and you prolly have a couple of people on your crew for a good sized bank heist).

You believe the victim but side with the rapist?   Does that set off any alarm bells in your tiny brain?

You shut the fuck up.

Trialmaster Edition” - only for lawyers?

Yeah, looks great from the outside, inside seems half-baked and an ugly leather color. Said no one, “I’m dying for a terracotta interior for custom SUV.”

It is “almost” there but looks pretty much like they stuck on a camper top and stuffed some seats in the back. Also- no roll bar. Guess the occupants in the back might get decapitated in certain wreck scenarios.

Fully Networked Vehicle (FNV) architecture- this and any system like it are major red flags for me. I never plan on owing a car with any remotely controlled software or features.

Chevy did this on the C8 Corvette. And like GM, Ford gets to pick and choose which tuners get the key.

We have a 1953 Frigidaire in the kitchen. That thing will be around long after I’m gone. They just built appliances better back then. Have to defrost it with a hair drier every few months but whatever.

I definitely agree that the Challenger and Charger are huge fat barges, and they make better use of their overall ‘footprint’ for passengers than the Camaro and Mustang (also oversized IMO).

Australian here.

We’re considered a first-world, developed country, huh?

They don’t fight hard enough for anything, but at least they aren’t trying to actively harm people. If there was a valid 3rd option I’d take it, but for now it’s one or the other.

Exactly what everyone’s said, but seventeen thousand dollars is also a fucking scam. Hospitals charge absurd amounts because they can, not because that’s what the care actually costs.

True, but the opposite vote is for doing 0 and maybe even pushing for more privatization and profiting.

We can’t afford to let “those people” to get something, by God!

Another reason to get out and vote in November. Yeah, yeah, “both sides are bad”, STFU, we all know only one side would even consider ending this bullshit.

The behind the scenes insurance fuckery should be completely invisible to the person needing emergency care at the time they are receiving care.  The system sucks.
