Not a trend from manufacturers, but wheel spacers and negative offset wheels on full-size trucks. I see at least 5 or so every time I drive anywhere. I doubt any of them have made any adjustments to compensate for the weight distribution on the bearings and other components. So in about 2-5 years, wheels falling off…

I blame Toyota for killing the 2WD, 5-lug truck. Or maybe the people that kept buying the PreRunner to have the look of the 4WD with a 2WD truck.

I opted out of Toyota’s collection. I’m disappointed nobody mentioned the Mercedes R63. De-badge it and it just becomes any other minivan, but with 500 hp.

The lease is up on my wife’s CR-V later this year. The Hybrid Cross seems like it might be a good option to replace it, provided it’s available without markups.
