It might not be that simple, the vehicle may not have an option to disconnect it from the Stellantis servers, and may make you agree to a EULA before you can even drive the car. They may even do it at the dealers so you cant buy the car without signing a EULA. We live in a dystopia.

No theyre right. Theyre advertising features that the car is 100% capable of but are intentionally restricted behind a large paywall just to force you to pay more for something the car was already capable of doing. Then theyre locking the ECUs (or whatever we’re supposed to call them now) so that we’re forced to go to

I’m so tired of people swapping out the engines from classics to throw in electric motors. I’m okay with the Hydrogen bc at least it keeps its engine (and soul) but the EV? to even come close to fitting the batteries and maintaining the weight you have to gut the interior and then throw in a motor that only produces

The Mazda 3 Hatch (which the cx30 is based on) has more cargo space and can “hold more stuff”. This is true for a large number of crossovers. Also people VERY rarely use all the available cargo space in their car, MAYBE once a year

Lol BMW is charging a subscription fee for “parking assist”? Something Toyota debuted in 2006 ON A PRIUS?? Seriously why do people buy BMWs and Mercs anymore? Theyre overhyped to hell. Just get an Audi, Volvo, Lexus, or Cadillac if you want a luxury car thats ACTUALLY good and not just buying for the badge.

I would be fine with automatic vehicle speed controllers if we had speed limits that are reasonable but most speed limits in the U.S. outside of urban areas are so ridicoulously low because we base speed limits on 1960s car safety technology. Most modern cars feel totally competent handling speeds over 100mph but in

Youre a real piece of shit. Youre attacking the spouse of a victim of a car crash.

Driving with a suspended/revoked license should be an automatic arrest and jail sentance. If you’re found guilty its a minimum of 6 months and impounding the car. A repeat is a year. Drivers without licenses are a danger to everyone on the road but dont care about anyone but themselves

Wasn’t it caused by aftermarket floormats installed by people that were wayyy too large and covered the pedals? Thats what the NHTSA and Toyota say

Why are you on this website if you dont like driving?

I hate Teslas but honestly I believe them. It looks like the driver mistook the gas for the brakes. It could have also been a scenario like the Camry “Sticky Throttle” issue where he has oversized and/or unsecured floor mats that depressed the gas pedal.

It’s a shame Honda has pretty much entirely given up on the Accord. It’s not that the styling is good or bad, its that it’s non existant. There’s styling that gorgeous in its minimalist approach (Polestar 1), and styling that is beautiful in its over-the-top-balls-to-the-wall-craziness (Lamborghini Countach).

5.6 to 60 with 402HP and 490 lb/ft is not very impressive. A Type R with almost 100 fewer horses can easily beat that with FWD and a manual.

No. An electric Prelude would be ignoring and missing what made cars like the Prelude, MR2, Celica, etc so appealing. Small, LIGHT, high revving analog sports cars that were affordable and reliable. EVs are expensive, VERY HEAVY, digital, removed and focused on acceleration rather than handling. Preludes famously

An EV MR2 would entirely miss the point of the MR2

Diesel is far superior to EV or Gas for towing purposes and will be for a long, long time. Look up Hoovie’s towing test with his new Lightning. EV trucks just aren’t there yet. I agree I hate the sooty, smelly diesel exhaust but its so much more efficient than any other alternative at the moment.

I mean its a V60 Polestar right? Thats obviously the answer...he practically described it word for word. Fast? Yep. Comfortable? Its a Volvo. Only available as a hybrid and comes with a beautiful interior. How was this not a suggestion?

There’s a chance but we shouldn’t demonize people we don’t know who were scammed by two different companies.

Wowww what happened to cars like the Evora and Exige? What happened to only the essentials? Way to sell out

except without fees, opening/closing times, sound regulations, car safety inspections. Just a road.
