How many thousands to replace the plastic guides inside that engine? I love the look of this thing, but I think the $6000 is just a downpayment for the inevitable engine work that will be required in a 22 year old M62.

This “No one in the tow truck cab” is a problem. Got told the same thing on the wrong side of I95 after blowing a tire and bending a wheel when a highway repair crew cut a 4-6" trench for a patch and then decided that was enough work for the day. What am I supposed to do, I’m 5 miles from an exit? Had to cross 3 lanes…
Suzuki SX4 hatchback.
There really is no other reasonable option than a Subaru. He may be able to find one of the H6 Outbacks in this price range if he’s lucky and diligent.
I was lucky in my position to come through 2020 without issues.
Good, more workers should strike. The collapse of wage growth over the last thirty years is directly related to the lack of strikes and unionized labor. If you hate your job, and get angry with other people fighting for a better wage and better conditions, then join a union and fight for them yourself. Every industry…
All modern vehicles do this but the memory is short, constantly refreshing and usually only logs unusual activity, such as number of activations/failures. The “Black Box” so to speak may only store a few seconds of data from before a crash.
When I bought my C4 I requested one of those OBD2 dongles from Nationwide to see if I could get cheaper insurance. They needed like six weeks of driving data so I installed it in spring/summer time when I used it as my DD. After about a week I forgot it was there and still ended up driving the entirety of those six…
RE Neutral:
If it helps any, the eCVT is not a traditional CVT, or even a transmission really. It’s two motors, one is connected to the engine and acts as a generator, while the other connects to the axles to drive the truck. A clutch engages to connect the engine to the drive motor at highway speeds. The transmission is not…
Driving this vehicle absent a B pillar would be a different kind of suicide.
I think any hybrid crossover works here. Also switching to backpacking gear and/or getting a rooftop tent helps, HEAPS.
The Bimota connection explains why this looks like a Tesi street fighter but if I'm going to spend stupid money on an exotic sport bike I want a Britten V1000 or a Morbidelli V8.
Not a popular opinion, but I would love a train speedo on my desk at work. Or some other cool part of a train. I have some compressor blades from a F-14 as well..
Ram, however...
cocain a helluva drug
I have always said the Mach E will never be a Moostang.
No, a wider pipe that is still clogged just holds more water when clogged. Widening roads barely changes the throughput when there’s massive chokepoints at the exits and ends. All you do is get more people stuck in traffic and sometimes even worsen it through unsafe or short merges
You know what really helped traffic…
Of course they’re in Dire Straights, they seem to want money for nothing.
