IIRC, the body panels themselves are the structural elements on the Cybertruck. In traditional unibody, there is an underlying body that provides the structure and the body panels are not structural elements.
The prices for these aren’t actually out of line for high end e-bikes. Vintage Electric makes bikes that are double the price of some of the Ducatis.
