That makes better sense. Around where I live there is usually not a center lane as such at all. Only occasionally in densely commercial areas do we have them and you’re supposed to come to a complete stop in them before making the turn.

I’m still confused. How can a single lane designed to facilitate left hand turns for both directions also be used for passing by either direction?

Happily deleted FB from my phone a week ago. I’m tired of wasting energy trying to sift through all the politically charged shit and old friends’ vacation and baby photos to find anything interesting or funny. I’m not popular anyway.
