As someone who is working to road-ready my father’s ‘67 BJ8, all I have to say is: “Yikes.”
I submit to your higher experience
The one seat ought to make truckstop hooker road-head even more interesting than it already is.
Honestly surprised they’re diverting resources to continue production of the WiiU.
well, i guess this is why i worked 5 hours of overtime last week.

Guessing this is dissimilar enough from Qualcomm Quickcharge that a QC capable USB-A charger wouldn’t work? though now that I think about it I suppose if they throw the brand name “Qualcomm” in there that it means it’s got some proprietary handshake to perform before it ups the amperage...
In similar news, my PC’s 3 year old GTX970 video card is still happily chugging away just fine. As is my 7 year old iMac that I’m typing on now. Consumerism is a curse but it’s not like I don’t get something out of it, so i’ve learned that it’s still okay to only go half-in.
Maybe I’ll ask santa for a xbox one s. Having never even seen the UI of a One it might turn out that I like it. Plus the backwards compatibility would work for me since I never did finish Red Dead Redemption.
I uh, haven’t taken a vacation in years. I had 5 days of vacation a year for the first two years at my last job, which I took in piece-mail. Then I was unemployed for a couple months which doesn’t count because I was busy looking for work and future uncertainty wreaks havoc on my anxiety. Now at my new job I’m a…
If you want to spend the money and can actually benefit from any improvements then that’s all well and cool! In regard to impressing anyone though, in my case maybe “impress” isn’t the right word. I used to be pretty heavily influenced by workfriends who would tell me stuff like ‘aw man you gotta get (x)‘ and…
Read until I saw the photo of the open deck block design and didn’t have to read any more. That’s a shame.
The Switch is marvelous. I was honestly not too enthused about it when it was announced, but then I splurged and grabbed one a month ago and I am very glad I did. It’s saving my life on my breaks at work and it’s excellent being able to get home, sit on my couch and pick right up where I left off on the big screen.
I like the sandwich analogy. Since buying a PS4 I have never felt the need to own an xbone... nor do I own a 4K tv, nor do I want to upgrade my entertainment center to accommodate a console I’m not interested in. I’m way past the ‘gotta have the latest and greatest or my friends and coworkers won’t think i’m cool’…
Talk to me at $3500 and I’ll consider accepting the obvious accident damage.
Precisely. I was on the fence until I saw the hackjob wiring. Never buy someone else’s obviously questionable project.
I miss my first car, which was a hand-me-down ‘86 240DL Wagon. It was yellow with a brown vinyl interior and had a 4 speed transmission with electronic overdrive. It was slow but comfortable, versatile and practically invincible.
Start by learning to hover. Then start controlling the X/Y axes (forward/back, left/right). If you get confident, start mixing in a bit of rotate so you can yaw and make sweeping turns. If you get out of control or too far away, throttle all the way down.
Boy I hope the streets are 100% pebble free by the time it’s ready.
