It’s funny you say that actually; I guess it was instantly intuitive to me the first time I tried it because I never really thought about how it always returns to center until now that you’re mentioning how it would be hard to get used to. It really isn’t. There’s a very tactile bump or click that the lever crosses

Does the M6 not automatically tell the transmission to “Park” when you turn the car off?

How is the shifter unintuitive? You grip it including the interlock button just like every other auto transmission, and pull it all the way back to put it in Drive. To put it in Reverse you push it forward. That’s the only difference, is from Park you still have to push it forward to get into Reverse. That and Park

I had to watch it twice to realize the skimmers appear to be heading towards a formation of AT-ATs, if that’s any indication to their purpose

SAW II is probably my favorite. My most learned friend tells me RDJ pretty much hates both SAW which is too bad, because I think there’s a lot to like

It looks like one of those weird overly stylized auto show concepts from the early aughts that was maybe interesting as a styling exercise but would obviously never be produced.

So by “liquid to air charge air cooling system” you mean the additional A/C redirect? Because lots of BMW’s and even the old Lotus Esprit Turbos have liquid to air intercoolers, which would mean the Demon is nowhere near the first vehicle to have one.

I wasn’t thinking of anything really, just poking fun at OP. Yeah I’ve never heard of an EV with a CVT either. I know my i3 has a single speed gearbox but wasn’t aware Tesla’s motors had different output ratios. That’s pretty neat!

My production EV has a gearbox. It’s a single speed gearbox, but it’s a reduction system to provide lots of acceleration potential from lower speeds, and then power peters out on its way up to its 90mph limit. I’d guess Formula E has more than one gear so they can have easily modulatable low speed power and then

Yeah! They should all have CVTs at best! I mean what the hell, Formula E?

“favorite razer gear” is the best oxymoron I’ve ever heard

I believe they either don’t pass at all or are extremely down on power under a condition where they would pass emissions testing at any time. Other manufacturers get around it by having a separate tank for spraying a urea solution in the exhaust stream which converts the NOx to water and nitrogen, but TDI’s never had

I was about to ask if there was a way to. Terribly disappointing that there is not.

If he won’t even replace the gd trunk seal then he didn’t do the body work and those are the previous owner’s pictures. I hate people like this who demand ridiculous money without having earned the right. It’s like, why should I help anyone who is willfully helpless?

Just to play devil’s advocate, the post doesn’t describe the nature of the previous infractions. It’s entirely possible they’re all 5mph busts, in which case phooey to her highly rigid local law enforcement. I always assumed that speedometers and radar guns were only vaguely accurate to within 5mph anyway, and

I tried to use this service exactly twice, and both times within 5 minutes my cable modem lost its connection and reset itself. Not the router, the actual modem. Any idea what could have caused that?

I agree; I never really considered that the games ought to have some sort of chronological context. They share major elements of course, but to me they’re all just renditions of the formula and are unique enough that they don’t need or even necessarily benefit from linearity.

Why not just enjoy the game, instead of worry about the fiction?
