"...if a kid plays in the street, they should be aware of their surroundings and taught the dangers they [face] around them..."

...or make a "reboot." (groan)

Har har. No protection, lots of rubber, har har...

Uhhh, that's a little too phallic for my tastes!

Yay for oversize wallpaper car porn!

AAAAIIIIIEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!

It's so unlike me to swear on Jalopnik, but... OMFG. Three thumbs up.

I gather then that this is similar to the PC-NES idea, where you stuff a mini-ITX motherboard inside an 8-bit Nintendo console case and end up with a theoretical home-entertainment bonanza. Only thing is, you had fun putting it together but you end up thinking "meh."

Additionally, any car with a chrome paintjob also screams "illegal pharmaceutica." Isn't there a YouTube video of a chrome Veyron floating around?

What would be the cheapest or quickest remedy for this power deficit? Different carb jets? Bigger carb altogether?

I don't mind the big wheels. Plus, I'm sure SOME 8th-graders actually look pretty nice in high heels. But I'd be more likely to do something smoky and borderline-illegal with this car. Har!

A "Ford GT" for $30K? Yowzers!

Or maybe you mean "Mustang GT."

I am extremely impressed by both of these engines' sounds. Holy crap - rape me with a Hurst T-handle.

I read this comment all the way through and kicked myself for not bailing earlier.

Wonder what Ara-san would have to say about the Agera R. Or that bastard Hennessey Venom...

Word.

I also agree with CobraJoe. I would not have tried to pass on the unpaved shoulder, but I can see the cause of frustration.

I see you and raise you a Cadillac Cimarron. Bleaugh.

I'm with AMX on this - clearly this etched Civic wasn't designed primarily to appeal to the great, unwashed masses. I wouldn't do this to my own car or buy that car, but I can appreciate the loving care and dedication to one's trusty steed.

What about puncture sealant in a pressurized can? Does that stuff work correctly? Would puncture sealant on your regular performance tires be a better temporary compromise than run-flats?
