This was indeed a fine assortment of gripping, colorful pics. No chance they're available as 1920 x 1080 wallpapers, eh?

8b.: Or flipping his eyebrows.

Won't be so bad if the wheel wells get filled with decent modern rubber (and not the pansy G60-15's classic purists think is so vital to musclecars). See Mike Musto's 1968 Dodge Charger...

Guess what: ASCII and thou shalt receive! I wrote to photographer John Zhang at http://www.1013mm.com, and he very generously replied with a link to a huge 16MB+ wallpaper measuring - get this - 7360 x 4912! I am hereby authorized to post said link here:

I've contacted 1013mm.com, who is/are known for great car wallpapers... the respondent might ask for (and deserve) payment. We'll see.

You figure it's just the right size for a compact 9mm?

I gotta say that most of the styling really strikes me positively. Some naysayers may draw comparisons to Viper, but I've never mistaken one for the other. I thought the taillights were OK, and then I saw them lit up... cool!

Pfffft. That's like saying NES = Wii.

Now where would I find a 1080p version of that image...

That was frakking awesome! Thank you!

Is it just me, or are there certain models of modern Aston Martins and Jaguars that look very close in overall shape?

I'd stuff that burger anytime.

Heh heh, that's two grins I get in a row off Jalopnik. Hats off!

Ever since I first read of the Milano's introduction in Car and Driver, I could never get over that incongruous crick in the beltline just past the C-pillar. Or, in fact, the C-pillar itself...

And you slow down because... either their gas or brake pedals might be stuck? :-)

1. Probably a poor environment and ad hoc equipment.

Not sure I would want to drive that in even a mild crosswind. Or autocross.

Is all of your marriage built on such subterfuge? :-)
