Funny thing. Worcestershire is fish sauce. Just British fish sauce. The asian kind is a little easier to hide in recipes, and seems to be a lot more potent so you can get away with a few drops. But both Worcestershire and Soy sauce are awesome as umami bombs, especially in combination.

Second the Worsestershire sauce. I cook using ground turkey meat and the stuff is pretty flavorless on its own. Adding some garlic and worcestershire helps give the turkey some flavor.

I say worcestershire sauce deserves a spot on this list. That shit makes everything taste better.
