I wasn't referring to armor options. I clearly stated body options. Have you played the game? There are several body types to choose from. Yes, it's not full customization, but it's still better than most games offer.

ArenaNet did a decent job with body options for Guild Wars 2. Not really as in-depth as the character builder for City of Heroes, but still better than many contemporary games.
