The problem resolved itself for me. Open the app back up a few hours later, and it offered me a sign in form.

It doesn't give you an option to specify an O365 account. It just does a check on your Apple ID to confirm subscription status. I haven't found anyway past that. Balls.

I have an O365 account provided by my place of employment. My Apple ID is not associated with my company provided O365 account. I don't want two O365 subscriptions. Problem.
