@Awax: Privately held companies are rarely valued by the the strike price of shares traded. Instead analysts use a mix of revenue, growth potential (which is somewhat subjective), and a reasonable capitalization rate.
The sad reality is that most of that money will be stolen by corrupt politicians and other persons who "serve" NJ in an administrative capacity.

I don't get it. Aside from all things PC (IE9 is nice), MS doesn't have much going for it. Why not offer an xbox with a blue ray drive? I'm not seeing how this does anything except a sell a few more boxes at higher margins?
The place around the corner from my office sells a very decent medium red eye for $2. I factored in the convenience, price, the nice walk, and the attractive young ladies behind the bar in my decision to stop brewing my own cup.
