I’m honestly surprised anyone outside of a 10 mile radius of the town itself has heard of Cloquet. Unless you are within that 10 mile radius.

Yea I really thought they would go with the Ultimate Universe “mist head” version, which I always thought was pretty cool.

OK, *now* it's the most wonderful time of the year.

Agreed, I only picked that up last month but it’s amazing.

DVD but no Blu-Ray?

I’m really looking forward to Don Winslow’s THE BORDER in February. The first two books in his fictional Cartel trilogy are excellent reading and can work as primers on facets of the drug war that many people aren’t aware of. Here’s hoping he can close off the story effectively.

Same here, actually.

I don’t think Kyle Ryan still writes for AVClub. So I think you’re unfortunately out of luck.

Spamming comic threads with the same images are kind of his thing, I notice. I was reading the Punisher binge threads recently after finally watching the show and he did the same thing every episode until someone finally called him out on it.

Manly yawp?

The Voice, on NBC.

He’s on The Voice, which is on NBC.  CBS is broadcasting the Super Bowl this year, so no cross-promotion.

UK late 2017, US early 2018.

Sam Raimi wanted to make a fourth Spider-Man film, and told his fans that he would, but for a number of reasons that didn’t happen. I don’t feel ripped off for having seen Spider-Man 2.

There are a lot of pages in the existing published volumes and quite a few are tedious side stories which go nowhere interesting and lame pointless arcs. I read the books and trudged through the bad parts because the good parts are good enough to keep me interested in seeing where the story is going. The effort I put

He probably came up with an ending where all the characters everyone like come back to life and have a happy ending, and it’s all finished, but each time he hears people complain about how it’s taking so long, he goes back and changes it for the worse.

This is why I almost never dig into a series before its finished. All consumers are free to do what I’ve done with ASOI&F - not read it, and therefor spare themselves the agony of the waiting.

LOTR did it right, the extended edition for the last movie included a send away for a slip box that would hold all three.

Fellow physical media fan here as well. I knew HBO would do something like this especially given the shows popularity. I sold off ny individual season sets for a fair amount a year ago in preparation . As the saying goes. Box sets are coming.

Speaking as someone who has been getting burned by new box sets and definitive releases since 1995, I’m beginning to think maybe they don’t actually read this website.
