I was unable to find anything about this in the current revision of the Comprehensive Rules. In official tournaments, this would likely be considered a violation of Rule 5.4 “Unsporting Conduct”, which, per Section 4.5 of the Infraction Guide, would result in match loss, disqualification from the tournament, removal

There’ll likely be an emergency ruling against this combination because of its potential for doing infinite damage.

Left thumbstick/trackpad for movement and strafing, headmovement for looking, and turning your body is manual. No need for a right thumb stick.

Why can’t we just use a mouse and keyboard? Mouse controls reticle, headset controls view; look one way, shoot another. I know where the keys are on the keyboard. Just make it happen! No reason to make a whole new doom with a teleport mechanic.
