It surely is a beautiful example, and these are becoming increasingly rare, but I don't think they've become THAT rare yet.

@OM617.951: If you changed the gearing, an engine like that is capable of much greater top speeds. However, the body isn't designed to take those high speeds, so this car's gearing is set up for greater acceleration.

4. Oh man...

This is an excellent price, despite the work that needs to be done. It would be great in the hands of someone who could take care of it.

@blyan-reloaded: If you guys are referring to the BMW on Top Gear that was able to race around the track, you've got the wrong idea.

@blyan-reloaded: For the BMW, they had a course mapped out via GPS, which the car was able to follow. Basically like a slot car track.
