I disagree. I think he will actively sabotage everything and write as many crazy executive orders as possible so Biden has to spend (more) years undoing the damage he has done. That way he can talk about how fucked up things are in his twice weekly FOX news interview and how much better they would be if the election…

And the cynical view is that it is intentional - feeling like Trump is going to lose and/or the Senate may flip to blue, they are prepared to absolutely hamstring, gut, and burn the house down to ensure that a new administration will have to deal with it.

The thing is, the longer it takes them to get that money, the more damage they do to the economy. I remember reading that Wall Street factored in the second stimulus months ago and holding it up only increases the chance of shit happening.

Reasonable people can disagree about politics but Trump is different. It is one thing for someone to be misguided into voting for for a vanilla Republican like John Mccain or Mitt Romney, but Trump is and was plainly incompetant, unqualified, and openly corrupt. There is no reason to vote for him unless his cruelty…

I’m an IT person and I couldn’t do my job if I couldn’t look shit up. Even in the pre-internet days I’d have a bookshelf full of books to look shit up in. Nobody should waste time memorizing things that would be better spent understanding underlying fundamentals. 

Redesign the fucking tests to be open book you morons. Memorization is not learning.

Many of my Masters classes were open book. And if you didn’t know what to do or exactly what to look up, there’s no way you’d finish the test. 2 hours to do on a test what took you 6-8 hours on the homework is going to require knowing what you’re doing without the need for memorizing every formula.
