Also why the hell was the cop, working another job, still wearing his police uniform? That should be grounds for dismissal right there.

It’s also becoming apparent that we need to look at EVERY person arrested for resisting arrest and assaulting a police officer as that seems to be the translation of “did not worship the ground I walked upon” when I talked to them.  

At this point I think the talking point should be about trying (and failing) to find a few good apples.

It’s now blatantly obvious this is a trained police tactic and not isolated. There are way too many cases of this form of “restraint” being used for it not to be.

It’s almost as if —GASP— there are more than a few bad apples!
