I've made a few new characters, and yes you can run around the city and do 45 minutes of fetch quests, or you can skip them. The first few kill quests are given almost immediately, and if you do those you'll get a few levels very quickly.

Well usually people buy the SSD's for the speed, and external drives more for larger, slower volumes. Wouldn't it be more cost efficient to buy a large HDD for your external drive? I feel like I'm missing the point. Am I missing the point?
