Oh God! The people at that accounting firm were so enamoured of him and he crushed their souls every time he took their job and then shortly thereafter quit. But they still loved him. Ha!

My dad's side of the family is all in central Nebraska so Runza is a required stop when we visit. I don't mind the new "cheeseburger runzas" but never was a fan of the originals. I'm not a big cabbage fan.

Because Jerry has the largest penis his doctor has ever seen.

Aw, Heck!

I would've liked to have seen what became of Officer Lopez. Did she ever have that littl'un?

Well, Nicki tried to get Varga but he slipped away so she went after the next best target, even if it was personal. If it took 3+ years to finally get Varga and it took facial recognition and multiple governments, I doubt she'd ever have been able to.

I think the Gurka in the office was a relation of his, from a long line of bad dudes. Ray Wise delivered a message to his grandson or great grandson from villagers from the 1800s or possibly earlier.

Did he really put a bug in there? I thought he just took photos of the existing conditions for the hearing and then fixed his door. I don't remember Jimmy ever listening to any audio from a bug.

"All our horses are 100% horse-fed for that double-horse 'juiced-in' goodness."

I sure hope that sausage I had at WURST in downtown Toronto wasn't horse. They did have some pretty exotic stuff there. JK, I had the currywurst.

I still can't read think of "buckwheat" the same. [shudders]

I'm pretty sure that the nice residents of Sandpiper know that Jimmy is getting 20% of their settlement. He's portrayed himself only as their helpful friend.

Yeah, Jimmy wants a payday (any payday) NOW and didn't care about anybody else but his 20%. Did anyone catch that he didn't include himself in that little peanut explanation? Yeah, that was pretty lowdown and dirty, even for him.

"Good guys always win, even in the 80s."

I haven't been down to St. Louis in about 4 or 5 years so not sure if Salt & Smoke was around then or not. I also ate at Bogart's, opened by the "head chef" at Pappy's but I think I liked Pappy's better, specifically the decor and space.

Kind of like Anatomy Park, complete with Dr. Xenon Bloom? Pirates of the Pancreas doesn't whitewash it either. The pirates are really rapey.

I've always been a fan of the Horseshoe and tried it once or twice while traveling through central Illinois.

Did you go to Pappy's? It's so damn good.

I've never had an Egg Foo Young sandwich in St. Paul before but I have thoroughly enjoyed Brasa Rotisserie and a few of the other nice establishments along Grand Ave in St. Paul. That's a nice area, reminds me of Downer Ave in Milwaukee.

Hey! I have a photo of that Maid Rite that I took and sent to my dad (but I didn't eat there). A coworker and I were travelling and working in nearby Waverly at the college for a few days and one night drove up to Cedar Falls for dinner. Nice town with a nice Main Street. We ate at a pretty decent bar/BBQ place
