If they renew and the program ends they have 2 years from their new renewal date to make arrangements. Not renewing risks current status expiring meaning the person isn’t protected no…

They were allowed to own guns and we are allowed to own guns because it is, and has always been, a personal right. If it was not a personal right the militia would have collected and kept those guns after drills.
