I think it's still pretty illegal in most of the South, the Great Plains states, Texas, Idaho, Utah, Wyoming, Wisconsin—basically about half the country. Nevada isn't even the worst one as far as penalties for small amounts these days.

In the old days of the early 2000s when I'd go to Berkeley to buy records(or when I went to the Amoeba on Haight Street in San Francisco), I'd just have to go down the block on Telegraph Avenue to score, I guess this saves you that brief walk.

The thing is that there's bands that I like that can only get any airplay by selling their song to a commercial. Then there's successful bands on the radio who sound like their music should only be used for bad commercial jingles.

I didn't even need to listen to the song, I clicked on the video above with the sound off and within ten seconds, you know it's the worst piece of musical poo ever.

What's amazing about good Chinese restaurants is that they'll have these giant multi-page menus of both regional Chinese food and standard Chinese-American dishes and yet you can order anything to go and they'll have it ready in like fifteen to twenty minutes.
