I don't believe so but don't quote me. AirDrop is from Mac to Mac & iPhone to iPhone - I currently use Instashare to combat this flaw. Was really hoping AirDrop would have this functionality in the beta, but I am confident it will be in the GM/actual release of iOS 7.
