What's the main thing that would make you tune into something like this? Just the tech aspect? Or the thought of new technology being broadcast on network television? Like a reality TV show of Kickstarter?

Why do you feel it's a bad phone? The phone part works great compared to the 4S - which had static issues - and being on 3 other carriers there's not much of a gripe about AT&T service woes.
If you check in more than anyone else, you can become mayor and get special discounts & treatment. Like a frequent customer thingy.
