He is an actor who played a role. That is his job. Stop whining about literally everything. This is gonna be your downfall evidently because no one will be able to please you anymore at some point in time.

You never know what people and their relationships are like behind closed doors. But I wouldn't read too much into it, it's just the typical post-breakup independence anthem.

She was huge in the UK, yes, and had significant play internationally. Back to Black earned her 5 Grammys (tying for the 2nd most in one year for a woman), and sold 3.93 million copies by 2018. It’s the 2nd largest selling album in the UK in the 21st century thus far.

She was insanely talented and, yes, you’ve missed out.  Love is a Losing Game is a gem and Back to Black is a solid album, back t0 back.

Yeah why aren’t M&Ms sexier these days? I can barely get a hardon looking at the bag anymore.

Conservatives: “Listen woke Libtards, gender is about XY chromosomes and nothing else. You can never change your biological sex. Science doesn’t care about your ‘Identity’ or ‘Pronouns’”

You lost all credibility when you wrote that the original Night Court is “mostly remembered by die hard sitcom nerds.

Night Court is one of the best, funniest, and most underrated sitcoms of that 80s / early 90s. I do not know anyone in Generation X who does not look back fondly on that show.

I have not seen the new

Can’t wait for Lana’s album, the title track is stunning.

“I’d like to thank the victims for getting murdered and making this story possible.”

i get the sentiment and agree that the victims + families + friends deserve something, but it would have been weird and even more tasteless to have the victims casually mentioned in a “thanks” speech at an awards show (and this group of blogs would absolutely be all over it for the weird moment it was).

First: Fuck Miscavige, Cruise and their cult of psychopaths.

Sheryl Lee Ralph is absolutely right.

“Is the AV Club relevant anymore?”

was something she willingly sold.”

I think you can play into a persona without entirely understanding how people will perceive it. It all seems positive until that first internet comment or bad review. Was she any more opportunistic than other celebrities with a public persona? Is being a sex symbol the same as being a porn star?

I’m not sure that’s nearly empathetic enough.

How is Trilogy of Terror not on this list?

I know this whole “Dirt Bag” section is about less-than-important celebrity gossip and SUPPOSED to be snarky, but are the little asides reeeally necessary when talking about a man who just died and young woman who had a stroke? Sheesh.
