Thank you. I’ve never seen a Rob Zombie film, had no idea his wife was cast, never saw the old Munsters and looked at this article with genuine curiosity and didn’t expect the criticisms from people about how it’s shot and how his wife, blah blah blah. Pop Culture addicts exist to complain; nothing can be good enough,

Yeah, I’m in the same boat. This movie clearly looks like it’s being made to be goofy camp, with an old fashioned style. It’s not meant to be high cinema.

So I read a bunch of the comments and articles about this looked terrible and “like it was shot on someone’s high end phone with all the settings on ‘auto’” but I hadn’t watched the trailer yet.

I keep hearing this complaint and her cut in the trailer is fine. I’m not expecting much from her but she hits her mark, knows her line, she’s perfectly serviceable. I’m genuinely not familiar with his body of work but every time I see her on screen for a few minutes catching her randomly on cable she’s....fine.

There is something very failed-pilot-repurposed-as-direct-to-market-feature about this trailer, but I am salivating for this movie. It looks like my kind of camp.

I am not at all a Rolling Stones apologist, or even much of a fan, and I don’t think Exile is one of the best albums ever myself.  That said, anyone who doesn’t recognize half this list may not be in the best position to judge whether the list is accurate.

Undercover is better than Tattoo You? Wow. I’m pretty sure that is a minority opinion. Undercover might be a good 4 track EP, but as an album it was not good.

Exile is properly rated. It sounds as amazing today as it did all those years ago when I first heard it (which in my case was probably 1974). There are a few

More evidence that after 60 years, the Stones still don’t have as good a back catalogue as The Beatles amassed in just 8.

It’s important that the press directly confront him about it, ideally they wouldn’t let him mumble and dodge out of it, but if he's not going to directly say "this is how the law is intended to work, and how it will work for the next child " or "eh I guess we should at least make a child incest exception " ...there's

What a vile piece of shit. He should be forced to meet in front of the press with that 10 year old girl and her parents (assuming they’re not the rapist) for an hour.

Republicans love to create strawmen to pass their ghoulish policies, but when a real tragedy happens because of said policies? “Personal responsiblity”, “thoughts and prayers”, “sometimes these things happen”, etc. The cruelty is the point.

Because the one thing you’ll never hear from a politician is “I fucked up, it was the wrong decision and I’m going to change it.”  Fuck DeWine for helping to turn Ohio back to the pre-1950's.

I found the “shockingly deep voice that triggers me all the way back to my high school cafeteria” line a bit sus, but it’s hard to know what it was meant to convey in the context of such a confusing article. And I think claiming pedophilic motives towards the teen muddies the water and detracts from the obvious point

This is a bad take. She’s embarrassed by her own embarrassing actions becoming public and is now publicly lashing out at a minor.

To be fair the article is really badly written and I had to re-read it to understand what was going on. The line “Doja’s thirst for the Mindflayer Slayer” also confused me, since that was the S3 villain and Joseph Quinn wasn’t cast until S4. So I’m not surprised people are reading this as Doja thirsting for the child

The 29-year-old is a public figure. There was no reason for Doja Cat to involve a 17-year-old in this.

Hey, Emily, don’t be a hack. Respond to these criticisms of your terrible take where you blame a child for an adult’s predatory behavior.

Pushes for Lizzo to keep publicly harassing Chris Evans... Sides with anti-vaxxer Doja for what is ultimately a harmless mistake, since, as is pointed out in the article, EVERYONE ALREADY KNEW HOW SHE FELT.

You realize Doja Cat fabricated this whole episode on purpose to ride a little of that Stranger Things hype currently making the rounds, right?

i prefer any of Raja’s looks on this season of Drag Race to this stuff.
