FFV's HD remake has equally amateur tiling efforts. They shouldn't even be called tiles. They simply don't tile. I have no idea who keeps making these tiles for them, but they suck at their job.

Well Rhino is actually a side villian for the start of the movie and Electro and Goblin are the main villians. The problem with SM3 wasn't that there were too many villians, it was that they were handled poorly.
