Come into the scene! You will find it lovely in here :)

I’ve been chomping at the bit to play Root.

SU&SD are the heroes we don’t deserve. Luke, please interview these gentle, wonderful people at some point!

“You know, for kids.”

Now that you mention it, I can’t unsee every single “Yelling Person Face.”  But I also that it’s an impressive piece of work.

Definitely not.  I love Anderson movies--though I tend to view them as “Theater that was Recorded by a Camera.”  His characters seem to mostly be caricatures (but in a good way).

Books 1 and 2 had Okay-ish writing. But it didn’t matter how good or bad it was because Gomja was awesome and I felt sad but proud feelings when he fell off of that Neogi Deathspider. A giff would not have wanted to die any other way (until he showed back up in Book 3?)

I want Colbert to be on Critical Role so bad.  That would be an amazing session.

I love you for being a foul-mouthed no-nonsense Children’s Librarian.  May your days be full of joy.

Here to join in. I have never read the LotR books but have read copious amounts of Dragonlance books when I was a kid (and Spelljammer’s Cloakmaster Cycle...because you know, D&D in Space).

Great Gannandorf in the Sky. My hope is that you are a pre-school teacher and when kids are acting up, you give ‘em the ole DK forearm.

Forgotten Anne!  What a beautiful game.  Plus it was for sale for seven bucks on the PS4 store at the time I got it.

Ikaruga would be amazing on a huge screen.  Love me some polarity bullet hell.

Are the characters humans with tank levels of agility (minus the cut scenes?)

I believe I heard Sam Harris (or one of the guests on his podcast) describe it as: “Meat Sack Robots that exist to move our brains from one place to another.”

I hear the Meowthos cards are all bark and no bite.

Currently, I’m reading Jerusalem by Moore and at 125 pages into the book, I don’t have the slightest clue what is going on.

As a fan of bullet hell, run and gun, shmup games, Metal Slug is near and dear to my heart. Keeping in mind that I am terrible at bullet hell, run and gun, shmup games—I just think there’s something about how they feel so “puzzle-y” that keeps me playing them.

prepare for this comment to be scrubbed.  I heard they are doing that these days.
