My understanding is that the 3.5 TTV6 is actually the “upgrade” over the V8 in the F-series. Unless you’re talking about the newer 2.7 TTV6, which is probably still preferable to the V8. Really the NA engine has no place in the line up with those two, except for people that just hate turbos.
