    Yo dawg...

Actually yes...lithium batteries tend to experience the most wear when fully charged or fully depleted. Maintaining a charge between say, 20 and 80%, regardless of cycles, tends to maximize the battery life. Extreme heat and cold post more of a threat to long term battery life.

This...I live in Phoenix. That means in the summer, a Leaf is basically a 50-60 mile car unless you want to shower *after* you get to work. Meanwhile a 200 mile theoretical range is probably a 130-150 with a/c on full blast. Many people here have 50+ mile round trip commutes to work...this will appeal to a vast number

Amen. Blind loyalty is just that - blind.

If the medal was a depiction of an actual Nintendo, those guys would just be jealous.

So it had a plastic-fantastic interior...it was functional, reliable, and very solid on the road. It really got more hate than it deserved. Shitty interior aside, it was a very good car in all aspects (handling, ride, fuel economy, etc). Still the best electric steering feel I’ve experienced.*

Yes and no...Stage 3 and all that comes with it is off-road use only and not covered by warranty (and will void your warranty if you pop your engine with it). All other stage kits are back by the original factory warranty.

True, but the previous guy said they didn’t know how to market them, not make them. I think this statement a lot of truth behind it because most of those are very, very good cars. I still miss my ‘08 Cobalt SS.

Seriously - that engine did not get the love it deserved.

Given that - will Uber kill your rating if you arrive to pick someone up and they look like they’re going to paint your seats, or do you have final judgment?

That is what you call a win-win scenario.

Does Uber then pay for your cleaning regardless of cost, or do you just get the $200? I’m genuinely curious, as not all pukes are equal and some can cost way more than $200 worth of work to get the smell completely out.

Personally I would have until the Civic’s most recent generation - of course now you have a brand new Civic vs a Cruze design that dates back to 2008. We’ll see how the gen 2 compares to the new Civic (which by all accounts is a great car).

Many a year ago, in my teenage days, a buddy and I were helping out another buddy by doing an oil change on his Saturn coupe. It was dark out, so we just removed the plug that the socket fit on. We drained the oil, filled the oil, and when he went to take off it wouldn’t shift into drive. He revved the car a bit and

The new Z06 auto is claimed 2.95, and people have already hit 3.0 with the stick (improved from a GM-claimed 3.2).

Probably true. GM said it’s not due to EPA testing, but they most certainly did not say it’s not because of the whole VW scandal. They probably just waited to see how everything unfolded, did a bit more internal testing just to be sure, and started sending them out when they saw fit.

Because sadly even more people will by a Chevy over a GMC. Old habits die hard.

Not to change the subject, but where can I get an invisible “n” key like yours?

So that’s where Subaru’s inspiration came from.

    Don’t you mean....jaja?
