If people react poorly to the "writer's room" idea you're holding onto, Todd, I imagine it's not because you're on the wrong track but because you've gone too specific - Mad Men is broader than that - it's about the creative process, and the human beings who exist around it. The writer's room is just as arbitrary a

I started watching this show because I love Dan Harmon, but I stayed because of Justin Roiland. He's the real break-out star here, a brilliant voice-actor and improvisationalist. The crazy sci-fi plots, the beautiful artwork, the boundary-pushing - it's all icing on the cake that is listening to this Roiland guy

does chilton really not have albis for ANY of the rippers murders

the best ones are when they replace garfield with a realistic cartoon cat

did the avclub really just find out about garfield without thought balloons

i went to bed and was like that's pretty cool and i woke up and i was like wait they were making a meth joke when they talked about the formula for this show that's what I get for skimming

Bruce makes bad records now that's life also the Suicide cover is bad

I don't want to talk about it I just wanted to be asked

why doesn't the avclub ever ask me about my regular weekend

idk I love the thick of it and like I was able to make it all out clearly as soon as i replayed it just seemed quieter or like drowned out by tardis noise

did anyone else have a hard time hearing capaldi? it seemed like his whole scene was too quiet or something, i had to rewind it twice. didn't have that problem with the rest of the special at all. kind of ruined it for me a little, like having to have a joke explained

it doesn't really look like he thinks it is meh he puts it below a 4.5 star album but above two records he likes. he says blueprint 3 is good so i'd assume he'd give it maybe a 3.5, which corresponds to a B+. I'd assume that means MC is a 4 which is an A- which is a resounding "this is a good record".

wait did the guy who wrote this article say it just makes sense if you think about it
