He’s going to check with the barrister in regards to what? He sat in an establishment for a half hour, never made a purchase, and was asked to leave. Whether he was there to supervise some liaison is irrelevant. Order something or leave, it’s not hard.

By downstate do you men Kankakee?

CNN doesn’t have anything, this is posturing. Nobody has a constitutional right to be in press briefings with the President or within the White House. Acosta still has multiple platforms to communicate and voice his opinions.

It’s a consequence, as is nearly everything, but it’s not a legal consequence. And I would never stoop so low as to be a lawyer; I actually have self respect.

I agree, you can lose your membership.  if that’s a big deal to you, then follow the rules.  At any other store, where you do not have an agreement, you have no obligation to show anything.

I wonder what victory the democrats are more proud of: The incestuous anti-semite in Minnesota, or the brain damaged communist in New York.

Yes, they can terminate your membership, I agree. But, as I said, there is no legal consequences. And, yes, it’s a policy as there is no requirement to do it, your only consequence is not being able to shop there anymore. There is no law, no statute, that says you must show a receipt when leaving a Costco, it is

They are. But a membership, whether it is to Blockbuster or Costco, is not necessarily a contract. If I can break it at anytime, without any legal ramifications, then it’s not much of a contract.

You said it’s not just a policy, I’m saying that’s all it is - it’s a policy. There are no legal ramifications.  If you can’t grasp this, then I can’t help you.

It’s a policy - it’s not law. There is no legal obligation to show them anything. I agree that they can take your membership card and not allow you to shop there anymore; however, they can’t take you to court, they can’t have you arrested, it’s not illegal. You can tell them to fuck off as you walk by them without

That might be the store’s policy, but that’s not a law.  You’re under no legal obligation to show anyone your receipt when leaving any store.

I’d put them in with gyros, burritos, and wraps; they’re sandwich adjacent, but not sandwiches.

Why would anybody frame that?

I would have gone with Fast and Furious as a more serious scandal, but progressives tend to forget about that.

Expel her for what? Last time I checked, several other people used the same language. So, I guess you’re expelling all of them, or are you only wanting to punish the Caucasian?  Your racism is showing.

Democrats think that minorities, who they have to rely on to win elections, are too stupid and poor to get IDs.  It’s really just that simple.

Well, there’s the fact that the 14th amendment doesn’t mention birthright citizenship, and it was never meant to. The author of the 14th amendment, Jacob Howard, discussed this when the amendment was up for adoption. But you never bothered to do any research, did you?

The right to bear arms belongs to the people, not the militia. This really isn’t complicated.
