@MPS: It's hard to say at this point. I have been a die-hard ESET and Kaspersky user and find ESET to be pretty much the best of the bunch. MSE is worth a try at least, especially for free. If you don't like it, just uninstall it and buy a new ESET Nod key.

The speed at which gmail updates their spam filters. There are days where I get an inbox full of spam (which I promptly mark as spam) and then a day or so later, it suddenly starts filtering into the spam box and all is well. I have a much better plan. I never buy the extended warranty, nor do I have any savings account whatsoever. If/when something breaks, I have to scramble to beg/borrow/steal to get it replaced. This works out very well. Highly recommended.
