That makes sense, then i would be too scared to help the people either. It’s disgusting that a drunk person would try to sue someone who helped them.

Thanks for answering my question and providing the links without attacking or insulting me unlike alot of people on here. Still shaking my head.
Ignorant? Did you read my first comment where i asked people on here if there is a law preventing people from helping her in the US?
See, such nonsense isn’t even possible in Germany (or any other european country). You can only get sued if you actually attack someone. If you get extremly drunk or drugged up and start endangering yours and the lives of others repeatedly = you can’t complain the next day, unless you actually got attacked…
That sums up what is wrong with the US and it’s laws. Here that would never be considered self-defense. In fact, in Germany you are obliged to help extremly drunk, drugged and injured people, if you don’t you could get sued.
It’s creepy that so many european countries including mine (Germany) are much more advanced concerning gender-equality than the US. - But here we have common sense and a person can’t sue you if you were drunk + endangering your life + the life of others.
I actually post alot on Jezebel, as i said, i consider myself a feminist. Not a wannabe-feminist like sadly a few women are on Jezebel.
That’s why i asked if you got a law for that in the US that prevents people from it.
Who talked about tackling or violence? I experienced it many times that someone drunk was endangering drivers by running on the street, and what you do then is to walk up to that person and try to get them to the side of the road to prevent that person + others from dying. It’s common sense.
Silly laws you got over there. I think it’s completly reasonable to prevent any person (no matter who it is) from running into traffic and endangering his/her life and the life of others. And i’m 100% sure these morons in the video could have walked up to her and take care that she stays in safety without “assault”.
Usually i never bring these things up and would call myself a feminist, but this video demonstrates the typical double standard by many men when helping a drunk girl vs helping a drunk guy.
I own a DBS, Astons have the perfect look between luxurious, aesthetically pleasing and sporty. The new Astons coming out don’t look so good anymore though. Espeically the new tiny headlights of the DB10, Vulcan and this SUV destroy the whole look for me.
Fits my surprised face when i was driving an Aero 8 and noticed that rain was leaking through the closed roof. Great car, Terrible as Roadster.
I agree. Also i’m probably one of the only people who think the Model S P85d looks too boring, and no, it shouldn’t look brutal or overly-rich. But it should looks as aesthetically pleasing as an Aston Martin. Rich but not overdone.
I’m happy this is ROAD LEGAL here in Germany and we got two owners around Frankfurt, love to see them on the A3 at 250 km/h pass me. It’s like a fighter jet!
I’d walk backwards too if i’d see someone using a drone within a car show not knowing if the person is professional or an amateur. Guy in the Video obviously was professional and didn’t do that with people around.
The US Military should get over their way overdone patriotism and buy some Rafale Jets from France. They're better than the F-35 and at a way lower cost aswell.
But Adidas is german and i doubt Adidas would force an embargo of one of the main-buyers of their brands sweatpants! No matter what Amerika says.
Thanks for defending me (;
He is (kinda, austrians and germans have the same serious nature)!
