MEEEEEEEEEEH. Non-event of the fucking epoch.

+1. I just took one of these with me on a 3 day hike. My friends loved it. It doesn't have good crema like a real espresso but the flavour is amazingly full bodied. Now I'm trying to figure out a way to carry or make ice cream so we can have after dinner affogati. :)

O Captain! My Captain!

Awesome - so a 310g saving and only £40 more. I'm back in. I've still yet to go on a trek where I need more than 25lbs inc. water/food, though. I need to up my ante :)

I also own an Osprey 48L which I paid £80 for. For £180 this HMG pack gives me 2 more litres and a weight saving of 212-290g. (Depending on which of the quoted weights on the HMG site you go by). I'm a total weight weenie and totally up for paying for marginal weight loss - but this still seems a bit much to justify.

Average man lasts 6.5 minutes? Is that a joke? Were they having a race or just not trying?

What is lane-splitting?

Love reading these as aways! I've got a Vaude Powerlizard UL 1p (It's massive for 1p though!). It's 1050g. Cost £150/$250 on eBay. It's 550g heavier than the Hyperlite UltaMid 2p - but given all the other marginal reductions I've made across my kit, I just wouldn't notice the weight difference. I'd really like a large

Ah! My dad was just scaring me with the World War 3 story then?

These fences panels can be found in council estates all over London. They are designed to be cut off at each end and used as stretchers in the event of World War 3.

I could do this easily. One block, no. Lots of blocks, easy.

Ok cool. Improving energy efficiency I get, you can do that all internally. How do you make the rooms less cramped other than knocking walls through?

You are welcome to your opinion but if anyone tried to start knocking down our "old Victorian houses" purely in the name of making the city more efficient they would have a war on their hands. It's architectural legacy is what gives London its character and travelling through it by any means is a pleasure, not a pain.

Can it get over the Israeli West Bank barrier?

I would ask a question, but there are 57 cunt comments in the way...

I work in advertising. I thought this might be enlightening; a release. But it's just more fucking advertising.

Whats the music? Im feeling it.

I want to go there!
