I don’t know, but I doubt you can say “Marvel heroes are mostly adults, and that’s why the movies aren’t as successful in Japan” as the sole explanation. It’s likely one reason, sure, as it seems to make sense, but there’s got to be more to it.

I watched 3 minutes of the stream on twitch: in true Kojima fashion, mysteries and weirdness to try and build up hype... what you get is a trailer hidden mostly by black... try to get a glimpse of info from the corners of the image.... seriously? How about just giving us proper info on this game?

Could be all on purpose. If they had released the movie with a valid design for Sonic, probably many people wouldn’t have cared of noticed. Evil plan: release teaser with horrible looking Sonic so that the whole wide web talks about it, then change the design: there you go, now everybody cares about that movie.

What did I miss with NiER: Automata? I mean, I played the game, at it was OK... didn’t finish it as at some point I really wasn’t having much fun, but what’s so special about it? Is it just the cool main character?
