In the second Gi Joe movie, there is an hilarious scene where several politicians in a room whip out briefcases to launch nuclear warheads. One of them is French, and surprisingly, they got the french AZERTY keyboard right. However, the button labelled ‘ARM’ is translated as the limb attached to your torso, not as in

Microsoft bought the studio behind this game, then had them do Halo Wars, which tanked, then they just simply shut down the studio. Fast forward to 2017, and since Microsoft is in desperate need of games, they hope nobody remembers and they bring us these ‘beloved’ franchises like they’re still a big deal, from the

It looks like it would work really well with the game, too...

Funny that you made the parallel with GI Joe. You could have also mentioned M.A.S.K, since one side here is also called Mayhem :) (except in M.A.S.K, Mayhem are the bad guys)

Then I guess the first game was only called Ace Combat in Japan.

Oh, and I forgot another obvious one:

The first Ace Combat game got renamed to “Air Combat”, in Europe at least. No idea why. After that, they stuck to “Ace Combat” for the sequels.

It’s not the first one this happens, either... I remember another story you reported where a Pikachu costume started deflating mid-performance. Looks like they need to review the process of making these Pikachu suits...

This beauty:

“Cast in the name of meows, ye not guilty”

Heavenly Sword was very short and the gameplay was... uninspired to say the least. Enslaved was a bit longer, the the gameplay was really “meh”, too. The gameplay in DMC was bit better, yes. I can’t say about the length: I have the game on 3 platforms, and never got past an hour into the game: I never managed to get

it’s impossible to judge an idea on its own, not seeing how it ties into the game and its mechanics, so I’m not opposed to the concept, but knowing the studio and that several of their games are pretty short and have fairly poor gameplay mechanics, it’ll be hard for some to not see this as an artificial way to boost

Hey, say what you will about Mighty N°9... at least we got a game, and crappy boxes too small for manuals...

Noctis feels betrayed...

“we take toxicity and player reporting very seriously.”

That’s a weird commercial too...

Female Superheroes with fair amounts of clothing on them exist...

Agreed. He looks terrible...
