999 times out 1000 these companies settle out of court, everyone signs a non-disclosure agreement and that’s the end of it until someone else dies. Non-disclosure agreements should only apply to civil allegations, not criminal. You should not be able to silence criminal allegations with a non-disclosure agreement.

I had to turn off an episode where a fat old retired cop kept scorching chocolate in the microwave because didn’t think he needed to read the instructions...and then didn’t know kit kats weren’t chocolate chips (!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!). I was like, if this dude thinks he can bake that tells me all I need to know about the

Why are you being so mean?

Bending was definitely something you were born with or weren’t in A:TLA. That’s why Katara can bend but Sokka can’t.

Nah, no retcon there. You were just completely misreading the show.

Fondant is a fon-don’t, as I like I say.

Ehh, there’s got to be somewhere that every last instance of alcohol consumption isn’t automatically some dramatic crippling “problem.”

Couple things. Is that upper six figures annually, or total?

You just went into with more of an open mind than others- that would be my guess

Hands down the best Star Wars movie to date, to me. Some people are on your side and a bunch of people are in the middle. Cool thing about opinions, that.

It’s very simple: they did it because they hate you. No, not the audience, you specifically. “I’m going to ruin Star Wars for det-devil-ails,” Rian Johnson says in the commentary.

Very true. Although the engine has been in development (openly) for a while and the AM-MB relationship began in 2013. The CEO commenting on his first drive of the CLS gives no real indication as to the extent to which their development side has studied the subject.

Sorry, I’ve made notes to try to explain things better:

They could switch the clutch slave cylinder to a solenoid device, making it electronic instead of hydraulic, and the solenoid could be tied into said emergecy system which watches the gear you are in and knows at what MPH to disengage to prevent stalling. It won’t engine brake as well as a CVT could theoretically but

You should still be able to have emergency braking and lane departure with a manual transmission. Maybe your car stalls if it comes to a complete stop when emergency braking occurs, but that doesn’t sound like a deal breaker to me. I’d be fine with remembering that I’d need to clutch to keep from stalling. Adaptive

Fun fact: 100% of prison labor workforce composed of prisoners.

Always bothered me on the Kia Optima

Yeah, I think McCowan might be in the pockets of Big Spoiled Meat.

I’m pretty sure I read a study that linked you to cancer. Seriously, I’m pretty sure I was linked to cancer, my pencil, the trackball mouse I’m using, this cup of coffee, the stack of papers on my desk, work, my shoe laces, two of the three sizes of paper clips, the ink, etc, etc.

I mean, you’re still gonna die. Happy Tuesday!
