Jeep is the prodigal offspring in a family of degenerates and mediocres, a family of excellent Desotos, Imperials, AMXs, Lancias and Abarths, brought asunder by communism, Daimler, and the Malaise era, now all joined together as FCA... Even Ferrari is burning all bridges.

I love the obvious panel gap between the bumper and the wheel well, there just so GM could change the front fascia whenever and as many times as they wanted.

Porsche gets around this by having a flat 6 which is distinct from what you’d find in anything outside of a Subaru or a light aircraft.

it’s like the men who had sex with Peter Thiel *🤢*

yeah, lol, and explosions-of-fuel-air-mixture leaks as well.

If the CEO is only just considering it right now, there’s at least 4 more years of negotiations, engineering, packaging and testing before it comes to fruition. By then the I6 will be old news.

like this but inside a car

the new Mercedes I6 is a soft hybrid, which essentially means it has a large-ish electric motor acting as an alternator/starter with a large-ish 48 volt battery. It’s probably lighter than a V8, but I can’t be sure.

I don’t know if i agree... trail rated beckons the fact that jeeps are decent off roaders, which they usually are.

The shallow dashboard is probably thanks to the very upright windshield

I agree that the technology exists, but wasn’t that Saab Sensonic 900NG the gearbox Top Gear made fun of because it was impossible to use when parallel parking on a street with a grade?

yes, but only in the performance oriented models

Now that I know it could be an option... i want it!

funny how this is still true

That’s ok! What sort of 240 do you drive?

Sequential gearboxes use the clutch starting from a stop but don’t need it when shifting from 2nd to 3rd for example. Most race cars use this setup. You won’t see many traditional manual gearboxes in modern day racing.

I too think Bendela’s intentions were pure and sacred, but if this was a ruse to get martyrdom I stan for that as well. I do think Bendela was emotionally tired, and that was her real reason for self elimination. Eliminating queens really taxed her, and being in that position again and again endangered her reputation

I don’t know. I have picked it up on every GC i’ve seen. It’s probably the photo angle but in the example i posted the entire inner part of the tail light seems bigger than the outer bit. The chrome part looks like it’s the correct size but its pushed down by the red part. I don’t know, this just drives me up the wall

I think this post will attract the kind of people that will know the answer to my question, or at least have an opinion. I say question, it’s more of problem... Have you seen the rear of any current generation Jeep Grand Cherokee? Each tail light cluster is divided, one part is on the D pillar, the other one is on the

you people were right. Ballaban has the shittiest, most atomic, takes in the world.
