There’s a point in there that, if a word is racist depending on the person uttering it, the word itself may not be objectively racist.

Problem with that is that it encourages short-term decision-making to maximize stock price at the expense of other metrics, and may (and often does) negatively impact long-term corporate health.

Large companies finance operations (including payroll) through commercial paper - short-term loans from 1 to 180 days in maturity, at fractional interest rates. But right now, as in 2008, liquidity overall is tight, so no private finance companies are buying commercial paper.
