While I agree with you that 1000 followers is a good amount, following a stream doesn’t really bring in any money. A streamer may use those numbers to get a twitch partnership along with average concurrent viewers and other statistics but the follows themselves, to my knowledge, don’t get you any cash flow.

Why do people watch sports? I’m honestly confused as to why you’d watch people run around a field. Or NASCAR? Why would I watch people drive in a circle. There are most examples, to be sure.

Its not particularly cheap, and its as easy as hiring a lawyer, which I assume is how easy it is anywhere.
