I was trying to think of a non-badass character, and all I could come up with was Cop Whose Only Friend Was a Turtle.

The biggest thing for me is that the plot is basically Johnny Mnemonic but as dreamed by a 13 year old. The parts that arent juvenile are lifted, and the parts that are lifted are hamfisted so there isn’t really any intrigue or pay off to Vs journey through Night City. Can’t fix that with patches.

Is that what’s up with the melee attacks?! Okay, that makes sense, then. I’ve been basically punching everything in Night City to death and have been wondering why I’m able to.
